Inventoried Items

Inventory items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Products must not be worn, washed, or altered, and must be free of scents, pet hair, or stains. Returns of items that fail to meet these standards (e.g., missing tags, signs of wear) may be rejected.

If TSG has shipped you the wrong item, we will provide a return label for shipping it back to us and will ship the correct item at our expense.

Once items have been returned, TSG will issue a refund for the original order minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
• There is a $10.00 restocking fee per order.

• Item exchanges for a different size or product of equal or lesser value are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered, and must be free of scents, pet hair, or stains.
• Return shipping costs and a $10.00 restocking fee per order are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items available for exchange are subject to inventory availability.

On Demand / Made To Order Items

Items produced on demand or made to order are customized specifically for your requirements, and as such, are generally not eligible for returns.
